Images taken in Albufiera, Portugal exploring the food industry post Covid19. The work was created for the UWE and Hot Potato News collaboration, "Think outside the box, but inside the potato", and was exhibited at Freerange, London in June 2022. The project focused on sustainable processes and ways of building connections between the images and their process. The images were shot on black and white film and developed in a plant based developer made from left over potato skins.
